Public Grievances
The centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is one platform where one can lodge grievances for quick redress. CPGRAMS is an online web-enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with the Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is a platform based on web technology that primarily aims to enable the submission of grievances by aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organisations etc.
