Introduction

The PPP Cell under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways spearheads private-sector participation in Major Ports by crafting policies, model documents, and strategic guidelines. It provides advisory support for structuring and appraisal of projects, monitors implementation, resolves disputes, and coordinates across ministries. The Cell also oversees data reporting, policy updates, and initiatives to ensure transparent, effective PPP execution in the port domain.
